2. Estimate Provision:

Upon reviewing the project details, we provide an initial estimate via email for smaller projects. If the estimate is accepted by the customer, we proceed to the next step.

3. Site Visit and Confirmation:

For smaller projects: One of our trusted traders will arrange a site visit to confirm the price and discuss further details before commencing the work. For larger projects: We proactively contact the customer to schedule a site visit. During this visit, our team may provide an initial estimate based on the project scope and requirements.

4. Detailed Proposal:

Upon agreement on the initial estimate for larger projects, we gather additional information and develop a comprehensive proposal. The proposal includes separate plans for electrics, plumbing, plastering, and other trades involved in the project. Our detailed contract outlines every aspect of the project, including the total price, payment schedule, start and completion dates, warranties, and any other important terms and conditions.

5. Contract Acceptance:

We present the detailed proposal and contract to the customer for review and acceptance. Upon acceptance of the contract, we proceed with scheduling and planning the project timeline and logistics.

6. Project Commencement and Completion:

With the contract finalised, we begin the project according to the agreed-upon schedule. Throughout the project, our team maintains open communication with the customer, providing regular updates on progress. We ensure that the work is completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding the customer's expectations.
